Our goal is that you are not only 100% happy with your product, but our customer service as well. Purchases made on the Drew Michael website may be exchanged or returned within (21) days of purchase. Items must be unwashed and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
Defective or incorrectly packaged clothing will be covered with free return shipping. Please contact us here and we’ll make things right. Kindly provide an order number, a brief summary of the issue, and/or a picture of defective product when contacting us.
Please do not ship items back unprotected.
Once your return or exchange is received, your new item will be shipped at no additional cost, or we will issue a refund.
